you are a call center agent?

im a call center agent in the philippines, actually this is my first time to work as a call center agent, this is my 3 month. so for im doing just fine. im learning everyday, every call i received I learned. What about you guys? do you have an advise for me to be come a good call center agent?

I'm now a phone agent too :) I think I'll love this hob! I also see that many people around here ( in mylot ) are working in call centers. It's interesting , isn't it?

Yes, I'm a Call Center agent. Initially, you'll learn some information about the process. After some time, there will be no scope of learning new things. However, the growth in the Call Center is very less.

I have been working in a cell center for eight years. Here we are called customer care officer. To be a good call center agent you need to have good listening skills,patience with customers,never interrupt customes, good product knowledge and teamwork.

I am not sure what type of work do you do there in the call center. Is it a voice or non voice ?If it is a voice then your work result and performance will be noticed by your seniors. You should be very patient and polite with your customers. Do hard work.Never complain. Learn and understand new things. You will succeed
