Yesterday,I lost contact with my boyfriend while I was waiting for him to fetch me from work. Normally,I would call his cell phone but yesterday it was different. I could not reach him. I called for nearly one hour but I could not find him. I became so worried and started to think about all the bad things. I was worrying about him whether he was caught in an accident or something else. I was so worried and got palpitation. Luckily after an hour plus later,he managed to call me back and explained that his cell phone's battery had gone off. What a relief! Did you have this experience before? When you became worried about something bad would happen but actually there was nothing happened. Please share here, thanks.

I too think react the same way as you. Have two teenage kids and panic when they do not come home on time or not able to contact them on their cell.

Thanks for sharing. I think girls get easily panic compared to guys. Do you agree with me?

I think I agree with you. Atleast as far as I am concerned.

First of all, worrying too much will just cause wrinkles or age lines on your face so that, alone, should keep you from worrying too much. you don't want your boyfriend to date a girl who looks too old for him because she worries too much. second, you need not worry too much if you trust that person that you're worried about. just pray that nothing bad happens to him and that nothing's wrong with him and that should relax you.

But sometimes my mind is out of control. I just cannot relax myself and stop myself from thinking too much. Maybe it's my weak point. Thanks for providing your comment here.

Keep your mind occupied. Try reading some book or play a game on mobile, listen to music, there are so many ways. My mind is always too busy caluculating some thing or the other, so not much RAM left to allow running unnecessary processes.

You are right. We tend to think too much when our mind is not occupied. I will try out your ways. Thanks for giving me precious advice.
