This is a great site for recipes for food/candy that are very close copies of what they sell in the stores and restaurants...

You can search for brands like Reese's, Cadbury, Hershey on the "View by Brand" drop-down menu...they have recipes for Cadbury eggs, Reese's peanut butter cups, etc.

Try the chocolate recipes and videos here. The step by step recipes and videos would help you master the art of making chocolates at home and also try a lot of other things with chocolate.

it all depends on how you melt the chocolate buds if you use them...when you melt the chocolate in a double pot with the water in the bottom don't let the water touch the botton of the top pot and don't let any water get into the top pot at all, just let heat melt it... there is a trick to melting in the microwave but i can't remember the seconds you put the buds in for but I know when you melt this way the buds don't look like they have melted at all, you have to stir them...i am assuming you are using the chocolate buddy things you buy...other than that I don't know how to make chocolates from scratch....
