im not really happy or miserable, i tired right now..but so far, i am contented with my life..my friends always say that i'm a happy person and yes, sometimes its true... but sometimes i get tired of being happy , call me weird but thats me.. yesterday i cried at home because i want to.. i want to experience other emotions as well since its a long time since i cried.. yeah., and so i cried home without really a definite reason..i think i'm a happy person since small things can make me really happy.. like watching anime or listening to music..

But you are a real happy person, fuuyuki. Crying Doesn't mean you are miserable. It's just an outlet of our emotions. So stay happy!

My family isn't as luxurious as it was before, I have no love life, I'm struggling to pass my subjects but I must say that I am extremely happy and this is the happiest I have ever been. It may seem weird that almost everything in my life right now sucks but I am still joyful and happy. The main reason I can think of is it is only at this moment in my life that I have finally realized what I really want for myself. I can pretty much say I didn't have a life back then. I was uninspired and I did things for unsure reasons. Basically, I was unhappy and I did things that other people do but all of them never worked for me.
I can also say I am happy right now because I understand life better than I used to. I was always bitter on why bad things had to happen but now, every single mistake or misfortune doesn't necessarily make me break down and cry. I can see well how life plays its role and I understand that negative things are always a part of it.
Lastly, it is because of my family and my friends that I am extremely happy. Most of the time, they tend to not understand me. I don't blame them for that, because I always prefer to keep a bit distance and secrecy from them. But I really appreciate the time and effort they spend with me. That amidst my faults, they still accept me and make me feel that they care. I do not know if they really know it, but I really love my family and my friends.

hi,blanne, thanks for sharing your thoughts... I appreciate telling us what you feel. Maybe life is just like a wheel.. It has ups and downs, and it keeps on rolling. So whatever is you're in right now,it will soon turn the other way around. Just keep on believing and narrow your distance from your family and friends.

i am miserable right now.it's been this way for five years already.however,i just find a way to be happy.at the end of the day,in the silence of the night, all the troubles and problems would resurface to my concious mind.misery would once again fill me.anyhow, whether i like it or not,i have to face my problems and deal with them.
i trust that soon,my misery would vanish and would be replaced by happiness.

Content. Even though life has given us our fair share of lemons (last year my dh was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis [he's 29], my uncle and my friend's 4 year old daughter passed away only 6 days apart [both from cancer] and I was laid off from my work-at-home job), I try to stay positive and focus on the good things that we have in life. Every time I see a rainbow I believe Sophie (the 4 year old) sent it from heaven. I'm then reminded to give my kids an extra hug because I do get to spend this time with them. Even when they're fighting and making me want to rip my hair out, I have healthy kids, and they deserve hugs. So even though life can really suck some times, I've learned that every time a sour thought enters my head, I need to replace it with a blessing. Everything can be seen as a positive eventually!

Oh, mikinikih, I admire your strong and happy outlook in life. Sometimes it's strange to find people like you that inspite all the adversaries in life, you still find time to think of your blessings. Stay positive!

I am generally happy and content with my life more often than not and right now I don't have any reason to be miserable. Maybe its just a matter of attitude and being realistic and practical. But of course being human, there are times i feel so miserable but i always try to snap out of it by thinking how many people out there are in worse situations than I am, how many out there are wishing to be in my place and how many out there do not have what i am presently blessed with and i always end up thanking the Lord for all the blessings that I have. Have faith in Lord and be satisfied with what you have. In the first place you are in control of your life and whatever you have is a result of your efforts.

im a little bit of both. im happy and i live life to the max each day i try to have fun and live the way i want to. but im miserable because sometimes i dont feel like i live anything with depth. i dont really give anything the time of day and can pretty much move on rather quickly because i dont commit to things or people so much. sometimes i wish i did, and thats why im miserable.
