Who loves swimming?
I do. When I swim, whether on the beach or the pool, I get relaxed and it makes me extremely happy. I think swimming is one of those things that I really appreciate and enjoy. I don't do it as a workout as swimming can tone your whole body but I do it for mere fun. I enjoy when I am in the water. Great feeling.

Here I am dear friend. A great lover of swimming. I do it for both exercise and fun. When I started swimming, it took me almost a month to learn swimming. I left it after learning
Last year again I tried to swim but I was not able to complete even a single lap. So the Club persons asked me to gain stamina first and then return for swimming.
I started Jogging daily morning, and when I reached upto 5kms of continuous jogging, then only I was able to complete one single lap of swimming.
Within a month I was able to do 15 continuous laps of swimming.
This shows my craziness for swimming.

Wow, I can't even imagine doing that much. Well, you must really have the LOVE for swimming to do that. Me, I don't count how many laps I do. What matters to me is I get to be in the water for long and that I enjoy every minute of it.. Thanks for the sharing!

I never see swimming as exercise because I prefer to go to the gym and work out on the treadmill, bike and cross trainer, swimming for me is fun, especially if you go with friends, I find it boring if you go on your own, just swimming up and down, I always swim in a pool and never the ocean because I feel safer in a pool. I love swimming under water as long as I have goggles because of the chlorine.

hi bryanski!
i love to swim too! i guess that's what you get when you grew up near a lake. ^__^;; i don't do it for exercise though. like you, i do it for fun. a friend told me that those who make swimming as their routine exercise have a body that's kinda shaped like a torpedo. and i don't want a body like that. ^__^;; and when i'm in the water i fool around more than swimming around. ^__~ even though i know how to swim and i took classes in swimming when i was in college, i get conscious while i am swimming. i always imagine that there's someone watching me and waiting for me to commit mistakes in my strokes or waiting for me to bump my head or something. ^__^;;

I like to swim for enjoyment but it also happens to be superb exercise. I feel that swimming in warm water of a swimming pool or a tropical ocean makes me happy and gives me lots of energy. I love to go snorkeling, that is swimming with a great view underneath the ocean. I adore seeing colorful coral and friendly fish. If I am just swimming I stay close to the shore in water that I can stand in. When I go snorkeling I can get more exercise in deep water with pockets of coral to explore. The currents can work with me or against me. I swim in a semi circle to get back to the boat or shoreline. It can be shocking to look above the water and see how far I have to swim back. The tide can make me drift and I am often surprised to see my location in the water.

I mostly swim for fun, but if I have to workout I still enjoy swimming. I have really gotten in shape this summer from all the swimming I've been doing. I am shocked that my body is actually looking a bit toned now and not just flabby and disgusting.

Yeah they really attest to it! Swimming really tones your body if you do it regularly. You just have fun and voila, your body is already toned! I just wish we have a pool in our house so that I could swim whenever I want. But we don't have so I'll just wait for that day that I could afford to build a huge swimming pool for me to enjoy... Have fun!

I enjoy the water and I find swimming fun, but I do not see myself as a "water person". I am not too confident with the water (especially on the beach) when it is too restless. I am always cautious and end up not swimming at all sometimes. I can swim but I am not that good at it so I have to be extra careful.

i am indifferent when it comes to swimming, i don't know how to swim .. i love to watch the sea but i am afraid to go far, in those deep places.. i am afraid of the living creatures in the sea (except fo the fishes) and also the plants..

Well, you are a funny little girl.
I understand you. Some people really don't like the idea of swimming in open waters. I think that is you. To think you live near the beach. Hehe. Anwyays, you will someday learn to love the waters and swimming. Good luck!

Hi, nice to meet you here.
I agree that swimming is a good exercise. However it is also can for fun.I had been attended for swimming class last time. I said swimming is a good exercise because it can make us lose of weight and get healthy. Besides for good for exercise, it is also good for fun with your friends when in a summer holiday. That might be a good place to go exercise as well as have fun at the same time. I like swimming very much! Have a nice day and happy my lotting!

Yes! Swimming itself is already a big big happy package!
First it is really enjoyable just to feel so light and flexible in the water. Second, it is a full-body exercise. You don't get stressed in this kind of workout. Lastly, it is a time for bonding with friends and family. A lot enjoy swimming and if your family and friends do, then it would be absolutely 100% FUN FUN FUN.
