Coworker has a Crush

About a month ago one of my coworker told me that he liked me and was interested in dating me. I told him that I thought it was a bad idea since we work together and this was something best left along. Despite that, he continues to flirt with me on a daily basis and makes comments suggesting he hasn't given up on the dating idea. I have to work with him on a daily basis and i keep our conversations on a strictly professional level. How do I get the message across to him that I don't want to date him without making my working environment even more uncomfortable and hopefully not hurt his feelings?

im a man it happened to me (im in his shoes),,,well give him a chance to go maybe to dinner and talk during the dinner you can explain it better to him,,,i think he will live you alone durink work time,I guarantee it!.He is just ilusionated with you.
But please give him a chance,,,maybe,,just maybe YOU will be the one who get then,in love with him,,,dont leave live opportunities aside.....

if you go somewhere to eat with him ,,make him know that it doesnt mean something else is just go to eat something...but is if you want
