How do you like your noodles?

How do you like your noodles? Can you give me any idea how noodles are done in your country? For me, all I know about noodles is those instant noodles. I have tasted some from Japan, but most of the time I cook local instant noodles for viand. And here in the Philippines there is one known dish called La Paz Batchoy, it is a dish with noodles, "chicharon" which is friend pork skin, liver and sometimes raw chicken egg is mixed in the hot soup, cooking the egg in the dish, something like that. Other than that the only noodles dish I've tasted is the Udon from Yoshinoya. So how do you like your noodles? Give me some idea so I can further my conquest for noodle mastery bwahahahahaah!
