Breakups: The Stuff Some Men Won't Reveal About It

How do some men recover from breakups so quickly? To me, some guys are simply more practiced at not letting their emotions show, even when they're crushed by a relationship that has just ended. By nature, some guys think that showing their emotions, especially sadness, is a sign of weakness. What do you think?

Having just done exacty this, less than a few weeks ago.. it is nothing to do with not wishing to show weakness.. being mostly about knowing what you do, and not like/or want in your life. It dose hits like a tonne of bricks.. ouch BIG TIME beleave me :/ Walking away with the intention of never returning to someone you have truely loved, for reasons you know in your heart, are what is good for you.. Being strong is how we pull though the emotions. Close the page and move on mentality.

the way i see it if a girl breaks up with me i will not show emotion i'll be like oh well her loss

Cause if a girl cannot love me and don't want me then why should I make her stay? If she doesn't want to stay and wants to leave that is her choice.

you know i agree because soon after they break up you see them with someone else,they really was enlove right.it makes you wonder

i don't think it is necessarily a male thing as i have known some women to "recover" from a break up fast also. i think it is also down to the individual person whether male or female and how they react to situations and how strong their resolve to not be beaten or hurt and to bounce back quickly. some people like to wallow in despair because it brings them attention some like to hide it and do it in private only because they don't like the attention.
for me i like to hide it and i will not allow myself to be weak so no matter how hurt i am i always stand tall always stand strong and i never look back.
