Try using torrents. They are the best way to download games, well for me it is. With torrents you could pause the downloading, and the more seeds and peers downloading, the better the download speed. I suggest you use a torrent and then search mininova or thepiratebay for games. Of course there's really no "free" games out there. Plus you need custom firmware for those games.
