Do you read others' comments after you read a discussion?

i come notice that i seldom read other's comments to the same discussion that i am responding to,for one reason i think some of them are too long and for another reason somehow i have not the mood or the interest to do that.
do you read others' comment before or after you make your own comments? or do you read them at all?

Yes I usually read the comments so I am not saying the same thing as someone else, or if we have the same views then I can say "as so and so" said I agree with that one.
That way the comments the poster is getting are not all the same.
