How important are your family and friends?

For me it's becoming more difficult to trust anybody else except my family. I started to lose faith in friendships. You seem to put everything in your relationship between you and you friends for nothing. They call you when they need you and won't hear from them anymore. I'd rather be and hang out with my family and bf, people I think I can trust and are so important in my life rather than anyone else. Does it happen to you to be found in the same situation?

Family and friends have always been special to me. I have very few close friends whom I trust to a great extent. They have always reciprocated their trust in me. As such both family and friends will always have a special place in my heart. I guess it has a lot to do with personal experiences and the expectations. I'm sure you would find some good friends pretty soon to re establish the faith in friendship.

I would hang out with my brother if we still lived in the same country. I only get to see him every 2 years or so. All my friends are back home as well, but I never had many anyway. My brother is the only person that I can tell anything to. My hubby will listen but when it comes to girly stuff or problems that I am having here then I will call my brother. If he can't help me then my sister-in-law will. Since moving to another country, I don't place much value on friendships as they seem impossible to come by here. I stick with who I know. So, family is more important to me.

well, i trust my family more than i do with my friends since i can always change my friends but i can never change my family.. I have lots of friends but i don't really know who will stay when difficulty strikes but i'm very sure that my family will always be there for me no matter what:)

I'm a lot more easy going with my friends and hang out with them a lot more than I do with my family. But I know both my family and friends will be there for me as much as a I would for them.
