Postasotriches is now forbidden

this is the common problem of the new site that can't sustain the heavy traffic made by their members. last night admin mention that bandwidth was being solve but this morning another problem came out, error message will come out when you browse their website. what happen to the site if it is forbidden?

i don't know if they can solve the problem soonest possible because many will dismayed if that will happen because it's the end of the month many members want to reach payout.
