How do you eat a kiwi fruit?

a friend gave me some pieces of kiwi fruit...i don't know how to eat it...i only see this fruit in cans...and it isn't common here in our country...do you have any suggestion?:)

Hey, bonsai9199! Here in the south of my country, kiwi it's a kinda common fruit, 'cause this region of the country offers good conditions to cultivate it. When I eat this delicious fruit, I just slice it in the half (without peeling) and then I take a small spoon and eat each half at a time. This way, you can get ALL THE FRUIT. ^^

from what country are you from? ohhh how i would love if we have our own tree of kiwi...i like the way it taste both sweet and sour at the same time...:)

Believe it or not, I'm from Brazil. :D Brazil is known as a country of hot temperatures and so, but the south of it uses to have a colder temperature than the other states.. Then, it makes us able to cultivate kiwis when it's season of it. =) But no, unfortunately I don't have a tree of it, but it's easy to find the fruit in the markets when it is it's season. ^^

I cut mine in half with the peel on and then scoop out the fruit with a spoon. They're delicious fresh.

i did as you said...but unfortunately we can't eat it fresh...kiwi isn't common in our country...:( thanks for the advice...:)

peel and eat seads and all. its so good ecpecially when you get ones that sweet not sour

I always peel mine with a knife, like peeling an apple. Some people cut the cut off like a boiled egg and use a spoon to scrap the fruit out

i tried it when i got home from work...i cut it in half then scoop it out using a spoon,froze it a bit...loved it...lol...tnx :)

Kiwi tends to squish when you try to slice it. If you can stand it, you can slice with the skin on and eat the skin with it.

Apparently kiwi is the best cure for a hangover! haha...I learned this from my brother as he tends to drink his fair share..haha

Just peel it, slice it and eat it! I love kiwi fruit! They can be a little hard to peel cause the fruit is so small but it sure tastes delicious!

You need to peal of the furry part and then eat the whole inside of it. It tastes a little sour, but I love kiwi fruit.
