yes its surely going to happen and god accepts all your wishes and he blesses with whatever you require provided you pray to him with real good heart. and its important to always believe god have trust on him and believe him so that he can trust on us and provide us with a good living and good health and all other thing required for human in his life.

even body organs are very important for a person and if there is anything missing its difficult to lead our life and hence we need to thank god for that. and also i agree with you that god is given us such a good thinking which will always help us to reach our goals. and i really appreciate your confidence and hope on god.

yes as a human we need so many things as we are fulfilled one thing we require some more or some other thing and hence even i believe in praying god for whatever you want and at the same time even hardwork too to get whatever i like coz only asking god doesnt help, god also mentions to help yourself so that he can help us. and i trust god and i know he will also fulfill our wishes if we pray to him with good heart and good intensions.
