Hello icegermany,
I love fruits very much. I regularly take various kinds of fruits. i take them in their original form or many a time i take fruit juices and milkshakes. My favourite fruits are apple, banana, cherry, chikku, mango, watermelons and sweetlime. I love all of them very much.
Reading the comments of others on your discussion i came to know that, people are looking concerned about eh sugars associated with the fruits they have and the possibility of they getting overweight. To those concerned I want to say this. Sugars that the fruits provide are in easily assimilated by our body and they are the first to be converted into energy when we require them. You all may have noticed how refreshed you are after having a plate of fruits and fruit salads. Fruits donot have any negative health effects.

thank for clearing this out that fruits provide real form of health and no other disadvantages are caused by fruits coz if we have take care about our diet like dont eat food which contains more cholestrol, dont eat oily food , dont eat that and this and what do we eat if fruits are also avoided.
even i think that the fruits are best and most of the products in the natural form
causes no harm but i do agree there ar a few of them which we need to avoid.
but if u are suffering with some health problems then fruits might harm you like if we take a small and simple example like when you are sufferin with diabeties you should avoid sugar content fruits like banana, chickoo etc.
at that time i agree that fruits can harm you but if you are normal enough than i dont think there is any need to worry about.

yes i completely agree with you on that point. But again if people have allergies or are suffering form somediseases, still there are different fruits that can do them good. For example watermelon, banana and other sugary fruits may tend to affect the diabetes patients but for them carrots are good for the health. So there is always something or the other to take. Don't you think so??

its really good habbit to cultivate in childrens to have fruits and vegetables
even i want my son to have fruits, he is 2yrs old but he always play with it and dont eat them, i really get wooried and i want him to take fruits which he dont do.
