Does Running is better then other exercis?

Running is no doubt a rigorous exercise. It is good for sportpersons but it contributes very little to losing weight.

running is great excercise for cardio, keeping your heart healthy, and toning muscles. however, i notice that seem to weigh a couple pounds more during my cross country and track seasons. But that probably becuase I have more muscle mass. It is good excerise because it can be done anywhere anytime and at different intensities, lengths, and speeds. i love running, i will do it for the rest of my life!
however if not effectively training you can injure you foot, shins, calves, quads, hips, knees ect.
