deirdreluv running is great excercise for cardio, keeping your heart healthy, and toning muscles. however, i notice that seem to weigh a couple pounds more during my cross country and track seasons. But that probably becuase I have more muscle mass. It is good excerise...

deirdreluv i love downhill skiing as well as cross country. i live in florida so i have to go far to ski. last time i went to germany and austria in january. but i love to watch the high jump and stuff.

deirdreluv i named my cat rembrandt. he is a white cat with black spots. but his color look like paint spots. as if he used his tail to paint with. since rembrandt painted in dark colors, somehow we came up with the name rembrandt

deirdreluv i think double vee might have originally come from German. because a double vee is prronounced as a regular 'v' in english. just as in german they have two A's together in a word. so my theory is that when the V's were put together they just made it one...

deirdreluv i have a calico, she is sooo pretty and kinda of tempermental. but definatley a beautiful cat. her name is Callie( i know not very original, unlike my other cat Rembrandt). she seems to get annoyed easily, but she tends to try to be happy.

deirdreluv i live in a beach town. and i enjoy ir very much from tanning to running on it. but i also love skiing. however, i have to travel quite aways to ski. I love downhill and cross country skiing. ski trips are especially fun when you have friends with you.
