h0w strong are you against temptation?

I think for me a lot of it depends on what kind of temptation. I don't want to go into specifics of what really tempts me...lol. But I try to resist temptation by managing stress. I seem to be very vulnerable against temptation when I am stressed out. Sometimes it even feels like an legitimate reason/excuse. I think many people feel this way. So I try to focus on things I can fix first as opposed to standing back and pouting over how incredibly horrible a situation is. As for the scale I think I am generally a 6 or a 7. I'm a weak 3. I give in to temptation most of the time and since i'm weak, the moment i sense temptation is about to attack, i take my mind away from it like a change in topic or whatever needed to keep me "untempted". It's pretty hard really especially when you want to be tempted.

When it comes to food, clothes, shoes, bags and jewelries, sometimes I do not resist temptation. :) lol I'd rate myself poorly on that - 1. :) I am able to resist like a temptation to go shopping when there is a need to save money like paying for an insurance. Other temptations, it depends but I am not the type to give in easily. I weigh, and weigh things until I get to the reason why i shouldn't give in.happy myLotting :)

If I'm ever tempted to do something, I'll try to think of something else to take my mind off the temptation. If I had to rate myself, I'd say 5, cause giving into temptation, isn't always bad =)
