is 000webhost.com really pay to affiliater?

I'm a member to but don't have 20 referrals yet so I don't know if they pay or not. Are you using your free hosting for anything? I do know to qualify for payment your referral has to actually use the hosting. I created a litle system that helps you get active referrals and earn from another program at the same time as well build your own opt-in mailing list. Absolutely not!! every i hear this name i get angry and mad !! I joined there since 2 years ago, while they still using sms notification, until now my balance is about hundred dollars until now they not paying!! even my ticket not respond by them. My referral is no cheat, no trick, absolutely came from several of my crowded blog traffic. I was joined in many forums, and i have give bad reputation to anybody has promote this affiliate scam. 000webhost has reported to http://softlayer.com (as their datacenter) -- but still no respond also has DDOS many times last year -- but they still exist But i believe this scam soon will be collapse. I urge to all of you, whenever you pray, please pray too for collapse this biggest scam.
