I love garlic. Garlic is great for warding off colds and flu-as well as unsuitable suitors. It can protect the body against heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholestrol and deep vein thrombosis. Studies have shown that if you eat garlic on a regular basis it can reduce cholestrol by about ten percent. Just put a crushed clove in with your cookery two or three times a week and you'll soon feel the benefits.

I love garlic and I feel that garlic enhances the taste of food. I simply love any food prepared using garlic. Garlic is good for health too. It helps increasing the immunity of our body and is good for the people suffering with hight blood pressure. Garlic helps reducing the blood pressure. During viral infections, when no medicines work, garlic is recommended. Garlic is good for the people suffering from heart problems. So I reccomend eating garlic to everybody.

I like garlic in food, but like you it depends on the food. I can eat most italian food that has garlic in it, but whenever I eat something like garlic bread, it gives me indigestion. So whenever we have spaghetti or lasagna, my garlic bread is just toasted bread with butter, I like it, it just doesn't sit well with me.

Yup, it enhances the flavour of the dishes. I usually chop or slice it finely, and add to the dishes for baking, stir-fry, steaming or soups.
My mum and hubby sometime take it as a flavouring, just like your tomato or chilli sauce - yukks! I can't stand the smell or taste of raw garlic!

I hate the smell of the garlic. Not the garlic itself, but the smell that comes out from my father's mouth when he talks. He eat fresh garlic. It is his medicine for his high blood pressure.
As time passed by....I research from the internet how to remove the awful smell.
I learned that's there's no cure to remove that smell unless you take garlic in capsules. Or gargle and brushing of teeth and tongue, but it won't entirely remove that smell. It just minimizes.
As I research, I learn that garlic has many benefits.
It scares away vampires, lol. It also scares away colds, flu, cancer, heart problems, infection, hypertension and many more.
When cooking...
My mom grind lots garlics and mix with virgin oil and keep it in a glass container, placed inside the refrigerator. Everytime she cook, any kind of viand, she has to put some garlic on it.
I love garlic in my food. I enjoy the taste of food because of the garlic flavor when added.
Garlic makes our food taste good and it can help in healing and prevention of some medical conditions.
Those who doesn't like eating garlic, try having fried garlic, just a little, learn to taste it little by little, soon you will get addicted to its flavor. The benefits of eating garlic are worth it. Just don't eat fresh garlic if you are talking to other people or when you are working, your breath will surely scares them away. Or you have to go for capsule garlic.

very well said dear..garlic has a lot of benefits to us...and your right, avoid eating raw or fresh garlic since it really gives bad breath and you'll not just scare them away but they might mistakenly assume that you really have a bad breath that should be cured...
Thanks for sharing! Have a nice day! GOd bless!

I add garlic salt to my hamburger when I fix spaghetti, it gives the spaghetti a really good flavor. I also like garlic bread alot. I tried to eat butter garlic fish once and I did not care for it at all. I also put garlic in lasagne to help give it flavor.
