Have you ever had your computer infected with a virus?

My computer used to be infected by virus and I have send it for repair. Now I use antivirus programes so now no more infection from virus or trojan. Thanks for your information. I am happy with my antivirus programme and there is no problem now.

Luckily, when my laptop got infected with viruses, mind you, my cousin who's a computer technician really helped me out. To wipe it all out of my system, after backing up valuable data, of course, I reformatted my laptop and an anti-virus is always on guard and regularly updated. i still get occasional viruses from some site but my anti-virus cleans it up pretty nicely.

I have never had a virus on my system my Anti-Virus program notifies me when one tries to get in, then the program gets deleted / removed before anything happens. If your spending money to have the virus's removed why don't you install a good anti-virus program and then you will not or should not get infected with a virus. now there is some good spyware software out there that is free why not get that installed and run the program regularly that way you can keep the spyware at the minimum. if you pay for the spyware software it will scan your system as you go

ya my computer got infected many times from various viruses recently it got infected from newfolder virus it was the worst kind to virus i encountered so far actually it automatically forms folders inside a folder with the same name of folder. i am using avast antivirus its got updated daily and provides very good online as well as offline access protection

I am a victim of many a Trojan infection, but since I've started using Kaspersky, there has not been one infection, of any kind. THeir internet security suite is very, very good, and the once-off paymet for the software would beat having to pay when you do get a virus I believe. However, you are right in saying that the best thing is not to have viruses altogether
