Are you one of those people who has to have Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner or you won't feel like you have eaten? I know some people who MUST eat three times per day, or they won't feel good.
I am not a Breakfast person, but if I do eat breakfast, I would skip lunch or just have a salad and then eat something light for dinner.
There is a saying that says:
BREAKFAST like a King
LUNCH like a Princess
DINNER like a Pauper
Meaning that one should eat a hearthy breakfast, a reasonable lunch and have a light dinner.
Your thoughts!

I normally have three meals a day, unless I sleep in late, in which case I will skip breakfast and just have lunch a little bit later on.
I always have my main meal at dinner time, and just have a sandwich or something light at lunch time. I find that better, especially when I'm in college as I don't have time for a proper meal in the lunch break that we get given.

Hi Gemma,
College can be hectic I know. But if you wanted to you could create several bag lunches on a Sunday just before your week starts; with a sandwich, salad (tossed, chicken, tuna), raw vegetables, a fruit, a bottled water of something else healthy. I've found that we will take a little time to plan ahead we're so prepared for the unexpected. Like the old cliche says: If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.

I eat three meals a day.. usually..
I always eat breakfast. I have to because i'll get sick if i don't. Some mornings its because of my stomach growling that wakes me up.
and i always have lunch when my stomach starts growling again.
my lunch can be a big one of a small one..depends on how hungry i am and what i'm eating.
every once in a while i'll skip dinner because i end up having a late lunch or a big lunch and am still full come dinner time.. i might have a small snack late at night though if i skipped dinner.
I think i need three meals a day to feel good. I know when i eat on time and eat good, i always feel better and more awake.

Well if that's how the saying goes, I've got it backwards. I eat dinner like a king, lunch like a prince, and breakfast like a peasant. Meaning I rarely eat breakfast. Mostly I eat lunch and dinner, although sometimes my lunch is so large, that I tend to eat a light dinner. I like cliche phrases that you wrote above. That made my morning. Thank you, will have to remember it.

Also, I eat dinner usually on a schedule. I don't usually eat dinner after 7:30pm. I don't usually eat lunch until 12:30pm. Part of my habit for breakfast is I'll have coffee and a cereal bar. Mostly the coffee without the cereal bar though. I know it's not good for you and I'm working toward changing that habit.

I usually don't eat 3 meals a day. Its mostly because I have such a strange work schedule. I mostly eat one good meal a day, and then a snack here and there.

Oh yes, I have my breakfast, lunch and dinner.... You're so right about the saying, a good breakfast is a must as far as I know. Lunch could be light, dinner must be heavy, but early. This is because it has to be digested before going to bed.

I am not a person that has to have breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. I am more of a snacker. I will usually eat one good solid meal and then some smaller meals throughout the day.
My older kids feel like they have to eat every meal or they have been starved. lol It doesn't matter if they stayed up too late and slept through breakfast. They still expect 3 meals plus snacks.

I simply eat when I'm hungry.
Lots of times I skip meals especially when I have little money.
I would like to eat three meals a day but I just don't have the means, either time or cash.
When I was young I did but those times are now past.

I eat 3 time a day. i have red a column in a newspaper if you are in a diet you must not skip meals you should eat 3 times but in minimal you can eat small but frequent..and also you must eat heavy breakfast if you will have a busy whole day so that you can have enough enery for that day..eating rice in the morning will help you..

Me I only eat 2 times a day, because my family has a genes of fatty. Even though 3 times is recommended but I'm doing this for 12 years,so my body is adapted. Be sure to have a healthy food like eating many vegetables and avoiding pork. I usually take
vitamins to ensure that my body has enough vitamins. In the past I eat more and 3 times a day to eat - and my body is wanting more food.

I barely seldom every eat breakfast. Easting first thing in the moring tends to make me feel sick. I usually wait until noon and eat some lunch usally something light like a sandwhcich and then we eat supper around 6.
