What is the best video game system? Xbox 360, Wii, or Playstation 3

I wouldn't say something drastic that one is better than the other. Rather, each console caters to a different set of gamers, and it's important to know which kind of gamer you are, so you can get the right console for you. I feel the 360 is a lot like PC gaming. Many games available for the 360 are available for the PC as well. The 360 favours FPSes like Halo, or Call of Duty, Gears of War... Basically all the famous FPS are for the 360. So if you like action games (not only FPSses, there are more like Grand Theft Auto, Too Human...), the 360 is your choice. The PS3 are more for RPG gamers. The PS3 has many adventure games like Metal Gear Solid. Case in point - Final Fantasy, possibly the best known series of RPGs there is. The PS3 also has action games like Soul Caliber 4, 3D versions of traditional side-scroller fighting games. The Wii, a novel new addition to the way games are being played. This is best played with family or friends, and has many games that cater to children. If you have a lot of friends who come over often, this console would probably offer the best party games there are. Don't listen to the hype about exercising though - studies show that the Wii only burns a LITTLE more than if you were playing the 360 or the PS3. Basically, don't expect to replace that treadmill with the Wii. For myself? I prefer the PS3 first, for I am an RPG gamer. The 360 second, cause I also like FPS, and the Wii third, as many of the games I see don't interest me much, or are too kiddy.

My favourite console is the 360, although at the minute I only own a wii. The fact that final fantasy 13 is now coming out on the 360 has wiped out the only reason I had to buy a PS3. I'm getting a 360 soon, and maybe one day when the price comes doen dramatically, I'll get a PS3. But I'm not being ripped of by Sony with there current prices.

I agree video game systems have advanced greatly since they beginning of them and the graphics are fantastic,and I would have to say that the Playstation 3 the Nintendo Wii and the X-box 360 are all really good systems,but in my opinion the X-box 360 is the best because it has some awesome games on it,it has great graphic and it has X-box live,and me and my fiance are close to having enough money to purchase the Halo Edition X-box 360 that I want.

I think for the best video game system is portable playstation!!!(psp)...because psp you can bring it anywhere, lots of games, you can also watch movies, plays music and enev surf in net (using wi-fi ofcourse)...Even it's brownout you can use the psp and even while your travelling or in work or school...

I think the best video game system is wii even though it has weak graphics but the quality of games is impressive and the library too. Even though its like a kids toy, but nintendo is the top choice of the 3 in terms of programming skills and supervising. Playstation 3 is good and also XBOX 360 but the leading market share for today is nintendo wii.

xbox 360 for sure...Although I haven't ever tried the wii or PS3, everyone I talk to says that the xbox 360 is way better in all ways...The only bad thing I could say about it is that you have to pay for the xbox live, but it's only 60 bucks a year, which isn't too bad considering how much use I get out of it... -Mike

I think xbox 360 the game console from Microsoft is the best.The game of this is very good.video and sound quality is quite good.and the console is cheap enough.the games are also easily available.
