You don't hear it nearly enough, but water is an all-purpose wonder liquid! It's great for your skin, digestive and circulatory systems, and can meet all of the body's needs for liquid--all without piling on calories and sugar. If your family regularly experiences fatigue, the culprit could be poor hydration. Invest in some inexpensive, reusable water bottles of various sizes and colors for everyone in the family.
Encourage your family to sip water throughout the day. (With a bottle nearby, that's pretty easy to remember.) You kids can even decorate their own bottles with stickers or other designs. If your family doesn't like the taste of water, keep a supply of lemons, limes, or even oranges so they can add slices to their water. These citrus fruits will decrease bitterness, add some vitamin C and make drinking water more festive!

I love water. I am well known among friends and family for drinking lots of water. I drink at least 3-4 liters daily. Singapore is a hot country so I lose a lot of water through sweating. I like to stay hydrated as I hate the feeling of having a dry throat and chapped lips.

Yeah, water is a must for me, everyday ^_^ Other than milk, i will be drinking lots of water because it hydrates me, and it can quench my thirst regardless of where i'm ^_^
Water is indeed healthy as they are very natural and pure, as compared to fruits juices or other drinks that are sweet, and that's not really beneficial to our body system ^_^ Water cleanses our body and washes out the toxics in us in the form of sweat and pee ^_^ Thus water is good, and i make sure i drink at least 2-3 litres of water everyday ^_^

I drink tons of water day and some and night. I sip on it at night because of meds. my mouth stays dry. I'm getting so sick of water, that I have added flavors to them, and lemon too. I drink teas and other things as well. But for the whole summer I have drank a ton of water.

Yes I do drink water throughout the day. Even more so now that I am pregnant. I think your idea for decorating the bottles is wonderful. I am going to borrow this suggestion. It will make a good rainy day project!

Hello! Water is an essential item in our body. The human body is 50-75% water depending on a person's age.Water regulates and maintain body temperature.Water transports nutrients and oxygen and removes waste products and toxins. It moistens and lubricates our mouth, eyes, nose, hair, skin, joints and digestive tract. In the process we lose enough water daily. If your body does not get enough water you risk dehydration. So we have to drink water every now and then to maintain the body requirement.thanx.

you actually have a very nice idea of having separate bottles for each member of the family, especially for the kids. decorating their own bottles can really encourage these young people to drink more liquid everyday, it's enjoyable. (neildc @ red/89/1747)
