Cooking Oil

Are your really concious about oil you use for frieding your meal. I know that olive oil is the best coz it's not contains colestrol and good for heart & healthy way of life. But it's really expensive to maintain. What i'm trying to do is to less my style from frieding so much and change it to steaming. So i can reduce my oil usage ... hehehe

I think olive oil is a very healthy oil. People found that Italians are healthy because they eat tomatoes and use olive oil. But this oil is very expensive. Another healthy oil is the tea seeds oil. It seems it's still new. I love China

Hi sure dteaming or BarBQ are much better option than frieding wel we use corn oil or canola oil as in rammazan, some fried items are necessary to be at IFTAR Take care and wish u best of Health

What you are doing is good, not only will you cut on oil, your skin will glow in no time I know olive oil is so expensive so I don’t use it either. As it is, my staple oil is mustard oil and frankly speaking we eat a lot of fish which does not taste good without mustard oil. Otherwise I use a lot of sunflower oil or soybean oil too, mainly for frying.
