How many neice and nephews do you have?

People tend to think my family is insane. Starts about the time they learn I have five sisters and one step sister. Of which go in this order. The oldest has 8 kids. The second has 7 kids. The third has 2. I have 3. The fourth has 2. The fifth has none and my step sister is only about 5 years old her self.Now add in my husbands side and thats another 5 kids. Which gves us a grand total of 27 children between every one 24 being niece and nephews.
But people act like we are just plain nuts when they see us.
What if we are nuts what is normal. To me this is great I love having everyone around. Makes for big holidays and someone you know and love to always talk with. So how many do you have? Do I have a lot really? Or are there others like us? That just think its normal that dont make comments.

Between my husband's family & my own, their are 24 nieces & nephews and I have 5 great nieces & nephews (with 2 more on the way). For a grand total of 29 (31 with the newbies). It is a little crazy, but the more the merrier! Of course I'm used to it since I've been an aunt since I was 8-years-old and now a great-aunt (ugh) for the past 4 years. Here's to the family!

In my husbands family there are a total of 7 kids.
21 nieces and nephews.
8 great nieces and nephews.
A total of 35. I know their crazy. Or as you say nuts.
I don't know what normal is. Let me know.

I am an Aunt & a Great Aunt. I have 2 sisters & 1 brother. Between them there are 14 kids, my one sister having 7 kids the other one 5 & my brother only 2! lol That makes a total of about 19 nieces & nephews, if I counted right! lol I'm sure there will be more coming along eventually but for now I think that is it. Some of them I don't even know as it has been years since I've even seen their parents. Hopefully some day I will be able to get to see them all.

Wow thats really a lot of nephews and niece. Im sure seeing each other once in awhile is already a grand reunion. That was awesome. I wish to have more nephew and also a niece because i only have one nephew and no niece.
My nephew is a son of my older sister. He is just one year of age. Very cute and like any other child very curious in a lot of things he sees and touched. He never fails to amaze me with the things and tricks he do. :)
You are very lucky to have them in your life.

I have 3 nieces... One is 2, the others are twin girls, they are 4 months old. My nieces are biracial, they are mixed-- African American and Hispanic. They are all so very beautiful. I miss them right now.
