I just try to follow the food pyramid guidelines. Make sure to maintain the proper portion control, drink lots of water, especially before every meal, and exercise at least 45 minutes a day.

The best way to lose weight is to exercise more. Get a dog so you have an excuse to go for a long walk everyday :)
I read somewhere that eating an apple before every meals makes you eat less too.

Have you heard of the Burnstein Diet. My friend went to their clinic where you can't eat certain foods so they give you shots for them. Also she was cooking a lot of things from the cook book. She exercised daily and she lost 90 pounds in about 6 months!
