Do you love the rain?

I know not everyone loves the rain. Others even hate it when it rains. But not me, I love the rain. It makes me feel that God is showering us. Rain makes the earth fresher and gives nature a chance to grow. And personally, it makes me feel more relaxed. Especially when I'm holding a cup of coffee. :) I remember when I was younger, it rains almost every morning in my hometown. I loved waking up in those mornings. And my routine after getting up, read papers and grab a cup of hot coffee. I miss those days when I was still in the province. And I miss the rain. It seldom pours here in the city..

I love the rain. I live in the south and we just don't get much rain. Last year we had a drought during the summer. The rain makes everything fresh again. My 3 year old grandaughter loves the rain too, just like me.

Saviour-V teleports in...
Right now, given that I'm a Muslim in Malaysia, it's the holy month of Ramadhan. "Ramadhan" in Arabic means "intense heat" roughly translated.
Which is most certainly NOT the case as of right now. As I'm saying this, another major rainstorm has started today, and it's only Day #3 of this fasting month.
Personally, I'm quite glad that sort of weather's here - it's been long enough. We've been having rather hot days during the past few months. Additionally, I happen to be a rain-lover myself, and I thrive on rainy days.
Especially heavy rainstorm-filled ones.

But I figure that the weather will stabilize soon. Hope that the colder temperatures will prevail, though. We sure could use the frosty chill in our systems, heh heh.

I like rain. I'm the type of person that can't take a nap during the day..so once im up and out of bed, that's it. But when it rains during the day it gets nice and dark outside and the rain drains my energy from me allowing me to sleep.
I also like rain on hot days..it cools the air (or in bad cases makes it humid)
don't get me wrong, sometimes rain angers me when i have something to do outside, but hey it's mother nature; nothing you can do about it.
I wouldn't say i love it or hate it..Consider me neutral

I also like rain but not the heavy heavy storm flash flood rain. Just rain that will clear the humidity and make the weather cool. This type I like. I like it when it rains and I am washing the dishes and I look out of my window. I live wuite high up in the apartment so the view is nice.

Having shower in the rain, play and splashing, i missed it which i usually do when i was kid, I love to sleep when i rains , it comforts me and make me feel dizzy,but when i move overseas i can't do those things what i've done when i was in province, rain here is really really cold like an ice. it freezes me. looking forward to the days that i can have my vacation.cheers!
