deltax I have done this a lot of times already. I am an air traffic controller and when I get an evening-mid shift, I don't get to sleep. And in the morning, it's hard for me to sleep either. ;) Not healthy.

deltax I've seen it. It's huge. It's a cross-bred between a male lion (panthera leo) and a tigress. It's of the same genus but different species. They say that it is the largest of all cat. It looks more like a lion than a tiger. :)

well do you exercise and if you do how many days in a week would you and what would you do? as for me i just do a bit of cycling and dumbbells and that sort of stuff, how much should you exercise in a week to be healthy?

deltax I do some brisk walking everyday for 5 to 10 minutes and dumbbells every other day. It feels good after that. Exercising is indeed good for our body.

deltax I think MRT is better than LRT, since it has much cleaner and organized stations. The sad fact though, that both of these services are always crowded. So, I don't usually take this trains during the peak hours.

deltax I agree. Dust is the main cause of overheating and these solutions are effective. It's the first thing I check when I repair 'overheating' problems, then the fan speed control.
