i have a friend she join the free lotto and she got a message that she won $70M +.she don't know what to do because shes confused.it is a scam or not?please help me..

Obviously it is a scam. Come on! It's not that easy to earn $70M. There will be lots and lots of paperworks, and the website will be bankrupt in seconds if they pay your friend. Those are only ploys to get your email and some info about you. After you send it, your email will be full of spam. Cheers!
