just last week when me and my husband was about to go to the grocery, i noticed some tiny rashes on my left arm. at first, i thought it's just some sort of insect bites but it didn't disappear. instead, it was spread up to my right arm. i decided to see my doc since i feel very uncomfortable because it was so itchy. the doc gave me iterax and claritin, thanks God it helped. i only remember that the food i took was peanut butter from a certain brand (but not the peanut butter we usually use). i guess that triggered the allergy. the following day, i tae peanut butter but didn't have allergies which made me conclude that it was really the brand that gave me allergies.

i have allergies too. i don't know if it's true but i remember someone telling me that especially if you have a blood type "A", you are prone to having allergies. i'm type A+ and i am allergies to some foods like chicken, crabs, shrimps. however, i still eat them but only in moderation. i also take iterax and claritin in cases where i can't take the itchiness any longer.

it seems that it is true.. i have a blood type of A+ and i am allergic to all sea foods except fish. I am also allergic to chocolates and cheese but i can't resist them so there.. lol.. i end up taking my anti-allergy medicine. I did take claritin for a while but i have to switch to other medicines that will depend on my doctors recommendation. Right now, i am experiencing an allergy due to dusts, i keep on sneezing and my head aches but i have taken up my medicine so later it will be subtle but will not be totally gone. I still have to suffer it for days..
