Anyone have a huge birthmark?

I have been plagued with an enormous birth mark that wraps from my bellybutton around my back to the other front half of me its huge gigantic and I totally forget about it untill I'm out in my swim suit and people start gawking at it... my parents told me when I was born that it was no bigger than their thumb and they thought it would stay that big... but it did'nt it grew with me and its darker than I am... if I ever try to tan to catch up with it the stupid thing tans too... So does anyone have a huge or unsightly birthmark? And if you do how do you deal with it?

i have this birthmark, it's not huge but it has been a cause of embarrassment for me before. there's this superstition that a birthmark on one's butt brings bad luck, and i happen to have one of those. so when we're out on a road trip, for example, and the car breaks down, that would be my "fault" or at least that of my birthmark. practically any misfortune can be blamed on it and when i was smaller i actually felt responsible for any bad luck we had, thinking my birthmark does cause these bad things to happen. :p
