What do you think is the best way to loose your weight? I think proper eating habits combined with some exercise is the best way of loosing weight! How abt u?

magicslate yes, i think the proper diet combined with exercise would be the best way to lose weight. it would also help to eat very slowly. like getting the smallest portion that you can from your plate, and then really chewing your food before swallowing.

I love music, i really love to sing, It will help in developing a positive mood while your singing. it will remove stress, it will help you relax, singing makes me happy take in and out deep breath. I turn the music on and sing....

magicslate i love to sing, but i don't really like hearing myself sing. hehe. so i prefer singing in places where my voice can't really be heard, like while riding a tricycle with a noisy motor or while in a concert where individual voices are drowned out.

magicslate i tried to learn how to play the guitar, but all i got were those blisters. i don't have rhythm and couldn't strum. eventually i gave my guitar away. i think when it comes to music, i'll always be just a consumer rather than producer.

magicslate playing the guitar has been my frustration for a long time now. i tried learning to play when i was in high school. i managed to memorize the easier chords, but i couldn't strum. i ended up giving away my guitar.

magicslate or we can do it the sandymay way and snip off one of the corners to put the straw in. but then that means you'd have to have a pair of scissors with you all the time in case of zest-o emergencies. :p

magicslate haha, who hasn't done that? :p frustrating when that happens, but at least it finally allows you access to the juice, you just have to ease the straw in between the holes. hehe.

I really love the scent of warm vanilla sugar...such a soft scent...how i love the the smell, very refreshing...very baby...i had it first, 5 years ago...so in love with the scent...

magicslate i love the smell of vanilla. for colognes i like mild, clean scents like pear and cucumber melon. in the mornings it would be nice to wake up to the smell of coffee wafting through the kitchen.
