help with neobux..

hello mylotters^_^ i have a problem with neobux.com... everytime i click on the ads i cannot earn points/cash.. they say that my IP address had viewed the ad within the span of 24 hours.. but i didn't really viewed the ad. what could be wrong?

maybe, connection neobux want certificate. and your ip addres not detect with neobuc certificate . you just try a few minute again. or you must restart your computer !

i already made sure that my browser accepts the neobux certificate.. it had been a very long time since this problem had occurred and still i cannot fix it.. by the way, thanks for the response..
