Oh how I miss my firefox.. since we had to downgrade to windows 98 until our computer is fixed, I can't download firefox..I really loved the spell check, now I have to go to my mail, because when I compose a message, I can hit the spell check there, but it was so much better having spell check right there...I also liked it because it hardly ever shut down or froze the way IE does..And Opera? If someone here would like to tell me how a browser that almost continually freezes up is better than IE, then I would like to hear about it..Because we do have Opera and I can not use it..About 98% of the time I have to restart the whole computer because it freezes..Though according to my daughter, IE freezes up and sometimes it does, but not as much as Opera...
So now that it has been 4 weeks, what do you think? Pretty awesome isn't it??

To me, Opera freezes up a lot and I don't like it, though there are some who think it is better than firefox..And yes, when you go to high speed connection, you will absolutely love it..

I have never used Opera what is that like?
I have to admit that I really do Love Firefox. It lets me know right away if I have made a typo. It seems to load the pages Faster even on dial up. Will be awesome to see how it does in the future with cable modem.!!!

Glad you asked this question. I've told to download Firefox and use as a browser since IE is playing games with me. I can't always see pictures or other information with this new computer. Our computer guy at work suggested I use Firefox. I have not downloaded it yet and will follow this discussion closely to see if anyone can give you any tips that I can also use. Sorry I can't be of any help here.

I LOVE Firefox, yes the spell check will work for you, you will see it when you type here. I trust it more than Internet Explorer and I find it faster too. Just use it as your regular browser. You can always use IE when ever you want too, it is still in your computer.

No don't remove it, you might come across a website that only uses IE so you will need to keep it in your computer. Just leave it there. There are a lot of nice things about FireFox, you will learn it over time and check out the Add-ons they have, so many nice ones to choose from.

I've been using Mozilla firefox ever since. The add ons were very helpful like language toolbar and many more. But some sites recommend to use Internet explorer for a better view like this very popular social networking in korea CYWORLD. It is better viewed in IE because some features cant be viewed in Firefox.

I have to say that I am really liking it. I use the spell checker almost daily. IE didnot have it. If there was a add on for it I really do not know!
