What is your view points on astrological match making?

i donot beleive in astrology when it is concerned for marriage proposals as the compaitbility matters the most rather than anything. i am also of the opinion that if a person has to fight one would fight or has some deficieneces or faces certain hardships in life after marriage than those are gonna happen it is juz that one takes a cushion and blame things on astrology or some bad effects of the other other partner. if a couple is predecided of getting married are compatible they should not get an astrology or matching of thier astros as this is when if a person holds himself or herself back if they come to know that the astro doesnt work outs or there is gonna be some problem in future due to the marriage , one might cancel the wedding or one may go ahead with it get marriad but in future if anything wrong happens the partners juz blame each other for the consequences or bad things happening. i donot believer in astrology as i think no one can tell you your future. i have many expereiences as well wherein ppl have said a lot of things which generally dont come true but we humans tend to believe them and bind our self on it and restrict our path and actions.

I do not believe in astrological match making or for that matter any fortune teller.I believe in fate though.I think marriage is all about compatablity and the way you respond and compliment each other lives, you may be from totally different culture, religion but its the compatability that surpasses all.And when there is love and trust, the question for astrological consultation doesnt arise. well ,indians still give much weightage to the astrological match but to me i dont think it is a necessity.

I and celedonot believe in astrological matching because the marriages are settled in the heaven by the GODhimself but celebrated on the earth by human beings . there is no role of astrologer.

It might help if you are going in for an arranged marriage but in any case also make sure that you are compitable in terms of like and dislikes, interests, hobbies etc with the person you intend to marry. Astrological match should not be the only criteria but might help when you are totally lost.

I don't believe in astrology and the influence of planes and stars on our lives. I strongly feel that "Man is the maker of his destiny" - Swami Vivekananda. Marriage is more of mutual understanding, cooperation and love shared by two individuals. What have the sun and moon got to do with it ?

Unfortunately this has become a business today and most people are gullible and easily fall prey to this. I've seen so many cases of wrong readings and suggestions in this area, actually more wrong than right, hence the sceptisicm. The best way for people who are in love and want to enter into wedlock would be openly discuss and understand each other and this has to be a continous process,else no matter what suggestions you astrologer gives you, things will never improve.

I've been doing astrology for many many yrs and as much as there is tremendous amounts of accuracy to it, do I think a couple looking to get married consult an astrological professional..NO...My husband and i are NOT a suitable match AT ALL according to astrology BUT we've been together for 10+ yrs now....What the stars and planets say is helpful BUT NOT the end all be all...COMMUNICATION, being open and honest, trust etc etc surpasses or rather can surpass any chart be it an astrology one, a numerology one or any other type out there

i am really not that deep into astology. i do think people's personalities go w/their signs most of the time. i read my horoscope every day in the paper & that's about as deep as i go.
