What Kinds of Fruit can You Eat in the Morning?

There are mornings when I don't feel like eating bread or rice for breakfast. It seems nice to eat just fruits and water. My question is - what fruits are good to be eaten on an empty stomach. I know that there are certain fruits that can give you stomach pains when taken on an empty stomach. SO far it seems to me that only bananas are ok. Does anyone here eat just fruits in the morning? Can you share what type of fruits you take?

Pineapples & Banana, I cut it into small pieces like cocktails then I eat while watching early news

I don't eat fruits in the morning, i makes you like too full if you eat fruits. In the morning you should eat something light like porridge, noodles or even bread with butter. Don't ever try to eat orange in the early morning, it'll give you a hard time on your stomach later. If you really wants to have fruits during the morning, i suggest you can have apple, mango or strawberry in the morning. It's great and refreshing.

never eat fruit in the morning, but i drink orange juice for my breakfast sometimes, but my wife always eat Apple in the morning beside bread.

Usually i dont have any fruits on my breakfast. But i can suggest you to have apples for your breakfast. An apple a day keeps doctor away. An apple can replace a cup of coffee. Apple is also good for a healthy heart.

I always like some dry fruit to eat in the morning It also provide energy and gives the refreshnes for the entire days.We can keep ourself healthy by eating fruits in the morning hours.I really want ot take apple,Mango ,Banana during morining hours. But fruits like pineapple,papaya are ok

I eat just fruit all the time for breakfast. As long as I have it by itself and with nothing else, I can have just about any kind of fruit I want. If I am still hungry an hour after I eat my fruit then I may try something else. But I have tried all kinds of fruits. Peaches, Apples, Pineapple, Pears, Oranges, Melons. I haven't had anything disagree with me yet, and I have pretty bad acid reflux issues. I can even have oranges as long as I eat them without any other foods. You may or may not be able to eat fruit this way in the mornings. My best advice would be to eat what fruit sounds good to you in the morning. And then see if it agrees with you. This is really the best way to find out if you can have a certain fruit or not. If you are very concerned about having a stomach ache, start out with something basic like apples :) Then try new fruits as you like. Enjoy your fruit breakfast! :)

Hello,Muelitz! As I am a vegetarian, I like to eat all varieties of fruits and their juice.But unfortunately,I am not a breakfast man.But I would like to eat an apple and two or three bananas.That will fill my belly till lunch.In worst case I would prefer to drink a glass of juice of any fruit that is available at home.For the morning breakfast an apple and a few banana would do better for your health.thanx.

Actually it depends what we have! We eat fruits every morning, I've tried apple, grapes, watermelon, rock melon, banana, pears and grapefruit which is so sour but I never have an stomach pain! Maybe because I'm just use to eat fruits every morning.

mango is a good one to try,as well as plum, plumrose, sugarapple, soursop, pineapple or even apple. banana is also good but you already mention that already,

That is a good question, I'm curious about that as well. I eat bananas in the morning also, but that is about the only fruit. Every now and then I will have grapes or an orange.

I love a grapefruit sprinkled with sugar in the morning. Most refreshing! Weetabix sprinkled with big fat sultanas and covered in heated milk is fab!

in morning as always i eat banana with water,the calorie content of bananas are low to medium and most of the calories in a banana come from carbohydrates which both naturaly forming simple sugar and starch forms its cabohydrate content. And also is a great food for all roung health benefits, for the average person, dieter or even the athletes, and i am a dieter ever since For me banana may provide greater benefits than most fruits.... banana is the best meal in morning

I love Bananas but found they are not good on an empty stomach but they are really good before bedtime they help me sleep.

Really??? bananas are my favourite fruits .i don't have a habit to eat fruite in the morning. I prefer fried bread stick and soya-bean milk .

i have no idea about that, but i know tomota can't eat in the morning on an empty stomach, expecially with milk. drink some fruit juice instead of fruit, it is healthy.

Try apple, grapes and peaches. I think any fruit is ok except the sour based (like oranges).

hi friend..i like to take a apple and orange..but in noraml all fruits are suitable one in the morning time..i hope so..banana??doubt...lol..usely we have to take fruits in the morning time as our breakfast..this is a healthy one..but i am not doing it..sometime this is a bore one to do..i think i can keep thse things in my future..have a nice time with mylot..
