liquid_niki OH my goodness! I love pickles! My favorites are pickled cucumbers, cauliflower and carrots, and I love pickled peppers, like jalapenos and pepperoncini. We almost always have some kind of pickles in the fridge, because everyone in my family loves them :)

liquid_niki They sell prickly pears at our grocery store :) I learned that I should handle them with tongs and burn off the spines, then peel the skin off the fruit. It is very mild but very good. I hope you get the chance to try them some day!

liquid_niki I used to LOVE green bell peppers, but they no longer agree with my tummy, and so now I have the red or yellow ones :) I just couldn't see giving them up altogether because I love them so much, so now I just have the red or yellow.
