my favourite

Hi there Anne18 Hang on a minute, I think I may have missed something or actually you might have. What exactly is your first favourite way to have your potatoes? Firstly I like mine roasted nice and crispy, then chipped I think and then baked in the oven for a good hour and a half, non of this micowaving business!!

I love mashed potatoes with gravy, or just with butter. I also love the little roast potatoes that we had at my Aunt's wedding years ago (boy were they good) and I like baked potatoes loaded with cheese, sour cream, and all kinds of other interesting stuff on them. Yummy! Now you have put me in the mood for a baked potato with sour cream.

Yummy, potatoes! My absolute favorite way to eat them is fried. Of course that is the most unhealthy way, so needless to say I haven't had fried potatoes in years. My mom used to make that for me when I was sick. I don't know why, but that always sounded good to me when I was under the weather. My second favorite is baked. I love a baked potato with sour cream, chives, cheddar cheese, and bacon bits. If I get fat free sour cream and reduced fat cheese, it's not that bad for me. My third favorite way is when they are in a crock pot with carrots and a nice roast. So tender they practically fall apart on my fork!

They do look good Yeah I think mash potatoes are really good. I like to chop them up lightly season them and bake then till they are crisp on the outside and soft and tender on the inside. I also like french fries. But most people do. Our favorite lately have been scalloped potatoes and I have been playing with the cheeses, seasons, and vegetables that I add to them. The kids love them. YUM!

I like mashed with brown gravy on top then mashed with garlic mixed into them then I like the potato's from Abby's Pizza (its pretty local I think). Hmmm with some ranch and ketchup mixed togather to make a pink sauce.
