Do you love your coffee??

I grew up in a home where my mother would make a pot of coffee in the AM, in the afternoon and another in the evening. She drank the stuff black and would let it get cold before drinking it. YUCK! The only time I ever drank black coffee was when I was trying to lose weight.
Anyway, I grew up to be a major coffee drinker. So for all of you coffee drinkers out there, why do you drink coffee?? Is it to "wake" up in the morning or are you more of a gourmet coffee drinker?
Over the years I have ingested so much of the stuff it no longer gives me a "jolt" and I have become more of a gourmet coffee drinker. I love to try new flavors and flavors of creamers (Marshmallow mocha is my fav right now)
So what's your deal with Java?

Yeah I love drinking coffee too. It must be strong. I like the aroma which comes from it very much. I really wakes up my spirits. I think there is not even a single day when I dint had coffee. I drink atleast 3-4 cups of coffee everyday. If not that many atleast a single cup of coffee is essential for me. I love only the Nescafe sunrise as of now, however, I hate bru or the traditional filter coffee.

I have been drinking for ages as well and although I think it no longer has an effect on me, I still freak if I don't get my morning coffee. The rest of the day though is totally devoted to gourmet and flavored. I just love the heat, the warmth of the cup in my hand and the smooth taste going down, it's just so good! Growing up, it was always instant granules at the breakfast table, but I prefer the perculator! My favorite is chocolate coffee!

I do like my coffee. I only drink it in the morning, and have not found any flavors that I like added to it.

Yes, I have to admit that I love my coffee. I don't drink it black though. I have to
put cream and sugar in my coffee. I make a 4 cup pot of coffee in the morning and I
have a big cup which takes up two cups in size so I have only one more big cup left.
Sometimes I will drink the second cup too, but when I don't, like this morning, I turn
it off and will warm it up in the microwave, when I get home from work. I like to have
a cup and relax for awhile before I start supper.
I like my coffee with french vanilla creamer or I use french vanilla coffee beans and
then I use normal cream in it.
Alrighty then, talk to you later my friend,
Have a good mylotting day, Chris

I love coffee! I make at least 3 pots a day and I do drink it black. I don't let it get cold before I drink it, though... Yuck! But, I love coffee, not for the jolt of energy, but for the taste! I have tried different kinds of creamers and I just don't like adding anything to my coffee.

I have to say that my gram is the soul reason for this .. LOL!! she always has coffee ready for when anyone comes over to see her. I love going there and sitting down and talking with her over a nice cup of coffee.

I just want to say that I LOVE drinking coffee. I dunno why, but I love that taste. I love the ritual of drinking 2 cups every morning while I check my email, post here on mylot or read the newspaper. It's my time to myself (as much as possible). If I had to live without coffee, I could, but it would be like asking me to live without chocolate. And what chocolate-lover could live happily without chocolate?

I'm not much of a coffee drinker but I like cappuccino. When I'm at work it's daily for me to drink coffee with milk and sugar. Recently though, when I drink coffee I'm not sure what happened but it seems to burning energy instead of adding it. So I just minimized drinking it.

I dont like coffee. I've tried to do everything in the world to kill the taste but its just too strong. I love sugar and I think the bitterness of coffee is what turns me off. I can even taste it when there's supposed to be just a "hint" of coffee in something. I do love to walk down the coffee asile at the market but that's about as far as it goes. I won't even buy a hot chocolate at Starbucks because I can taste the coffee that accidentally gets near it. Call me crazy but I've only tried coffee once and that was one time too many.

I love the taste of coffee (with milk and splenda). The caffeine has never effected me. I can fall right to sleep after drinking a few cups of coffee and it never gives me a jolt in the morning. I just love the taste. I buy espresso coffee that I make in the coffee maker (usually Medaglia Doro).

I love my coffee in the morning to help me wake up. I put 1/4 cup of coffee and the rest milk. I know not that much coffee but I don't really care for the taste of coffee. For some reason it makes me think of an ashtray when you taste it lol. I really like that caramel frapaccino from starbucks with the whipped cream on top its so yummy and bad for you lol.

I drink coffee and there was a time when I would call myself a coffee drinker, consuming over ten cups of coffee a day. When I planted some tea I did not drink as much coffee anymore but my tea plants are not big enough to harvest so I am back to drinking coffee.

Unlike you, my mom was more fond of tea rather than coffee. So growing up, we always had tea and not so much on coffee. I think I only started liking coffee when Starbucks opened here in the Philippines. I don't even order the real coffree drinks but the frappucinos. I drink coffee sometimes in the morning though I'm not a connoisseur. I like the flavored coffee mixes best. Vanilla and hazelnut are my favorite flavors. :)

My husband and I have coffee in the morning and coffee at night. We both come from coffee drinking families. But no flavored coffee for us...neither of us like our coffee to taste like anything but coffee. Even our kids like coffee, go figure.

I adore coffee, just the smell of it is great!! If I can I would have it all day, but I have anemia and I'm not supposed to have lots of caffayeen so what I drink now is a decaf coffee, some cream and I add one small flake chocolate to the cup, no need to add suger it will taste soooooooo great, the mixture of coffee and chocolate is the BEST!!
