When we are eat something we need a drink. I know that every people around this world has their favourite drink. Like coca cola advertise, it show that every people in other place usually drinks coca cola at their meal time.
I usually drink a glass of water when i have my meal, because if I drink beside water, I feel thirsty after eating my meal.
So what drink you like most when you have your meal ? and why you like them, it because the advertise or by yourself?

Water is always a good choice. At least it is the healthiest one for the most part. But nothing beats a good cup of coffee. Especially in the morning, it is a good pick me up.

After my meal I always prefer to drink cold drinking water. This is the prime requirement for every person as per health rules. Beyond this habit, any other drink is not at all a good and healthy habit! Thanks for this nice discussion!

I drink coffee all day (and all night) long - while I'm eating or not eating. Love my coffee. With flavored creams. My favorite used to be a chocolate/raspberry cream that was heavenly. But I'm told that it's now only available in California. Bummer.

Hi winz!
When it comes to eating my meal, I like to drink water with it. Water cleanses the mouth and the taste of the food doesn't stay on the mouth for too long. It also don't destroy my appetite cause sodas tend to make me feel full easily.
But if I'm eating my snacks then I would have to go with sodas. They are known to be great with snacks I believe especially junkfoods hehe.
Ciao!

When I am in school during lunch time, i and my friends usually order a Iced Tea since it is affordable. We divide the 1 liter of Iced tea into 6 glass and we only need to pay 2-3 Php compared to coca cola which is 10 Php. I would go for a cold water. Even at school, i like fruit juices. I am not fond of softdrinks like coca cola or pepsi.

My favorite drink is soda, Pepsi. I love it and will drink it before a meal, during or after a meal. I drink it in the evening also if I have Pepsi in the house. Other times I will drink pink lemonade, tea or water. I only drink coffee in the early morning hours unless I am outside at a sporting event in the evening and it gets cold.

Usually I drink orange juice most as it is my favorite. I also love to drink some milk and yogurt. I seldom drink coca and sprite. But I do drink a lot of water or tea a day. I love to drink some water after I have my meal to make the food go down more smoothly. Take care, winzpc.

Aside from preferring to drink fresh fruit juice when I feel like drinking something with taste, most of the time I only drink water. I never drink cola or any drink with soda or caffeinated drinks. I am aware of the harm if can do to my body and therefore I don't allow them to enter into my system. I believe there is no better substitute to water. I have researched on the importance of water and this is what I've learned:
Water is without a doubt one of the very best diet aids and fat reducers: Suppresses your appetite. Reduces sodium buildup and helps maintain muscle tone. It helps the body eliminate waste and toxins. Relieves fluid retention. If you deprive your body with enough water, it holds onto water tenaciously so it wont run out. It reduces fat deposits in the body by helping the body metabolize the fat that is stored in the body, however when your kidneys don’t get enough water, this causes the liver to become overloaded. Since the liver is the organ that metabolizes the fat, it can’t do that if it’s doing the kidneys job. Water serves as a lubricant in digestion and almost all other body processes. The water in saliva facilitates chewing and swallowing, ensuring that foods will slide easily down the esophagus. Water in other digestive fluids sustains movement throughout the gastrointestinal system. The watery fluid surrounding such body parts as joints and eyeballs helps them move smoothly and is in fact their only lubricant

I'm trying to stay away from pepsi and coca cola because of the caffiene. Typically I'll have water or a glass of sweet tea. I agree with you, when I drink pop I'm usually still thirsty afterwards.
