When I graduated High school I moved 8 hours away for college, but since then I have never lived more than 25 miles from my hometown, it's good to be close to family and friends.

I still live in the town that I grew up in. I have moved away several times, the longest was for 7 years but for some reason I always seem to end up back home. There has been nothing wrong with the places I have moved to, and my town isn't anything special but it must have something for me to keep coming back.

Almost, but not quite.
I was born in the town of Bolton in the north of England, where I went to school and then worked for a long while.
I have worked in numerous towns before but usually for a period of time and then returned to Bolton. However, I am now living in Manchester where I bought a house about 7 years ago. I am still living within 12 miles of my home town.

I moved to a town that is only 15min driving away. So it is not so bad.

I hated the town I lived in and couldn't wait to leave. I did leave to attend college in a different state, I couldn't believe how much I missed my home town. Thankfully, I don't live there now, as it is very small and there is not much opportunity in career field. I also have an "alternative lifestyle", I'm a lesbian, and it is not as accepted as it is in the community I live now.

We moved only a few miles from where I grew up, it is really far for me just to drive back.

Yes, I still live in the town I grew up in, I never moved and I liked this place until recently: my town is becoming bigger and bigger and traffic is increasing, and I'm thinking about a new quieter place.
