Life Is Hard Sometime.

Its just one of those days, I can't pen point the problems. It just feels like life is so hard sometimes. Nothing is wrong that I can see. I got up early, I am doing a little MyLotting before I start my day. It just hit me all of sudden. Just a little bit of a depressed feeling.
Have you ever felt this way before?
Maybe its the Monday Morning Blues.
What do you think? Do you get depressed for no reason at all?
I am going to take a break and see if that helps.

Getting depressed for no reason at all is not really no reason at all! There must be reasons! There are a number of reasons why a person got depressed and I hope you get over that. Maybe it will really help if you take a break.
I'm happy that I don't get depressed just like that. Life is indeed hard but there is God anyway so why do I have to be depressed? He promised me He will never leave me nor forsake me. If God is with us then who can be against us. I have nothing to fear, I have nothing to worry, I have nothing to be depressed about. Each morning is a blessing from God and His mercies are new every morning and great is His faithfulness. With that how could I feel depressed. Each morning for me is a blessing. I start it with a sweet communion with God! I love spending quiet time with Him in the morning. That is the key to having a good day through and through.
I would like to share with you the lyrics of the song I composed which I always sing each morning before I start my quiet time with God:

friend.the depression can be occur to many reason.but every new morning gives you new joy to go and pass the problem with lots of new energy with hard work .so,if you are feeling bad or depressed due to not reaching the target.so,don't feel bad.becuase next day is waiting you to reach the target.the reasons of depressed maybe many can be possible.so,you always try to get over the reasons.i wil sawsome good movies when i am depressed.

yes sometimes it happens that life seems to be boring and finally landup into depression. and i feel at that moment i really cant do anything and i dont feel like concentrating anywhere, all interesting things also will look boring for me and my time seems to be stoped and dont runout like usual and it seems the atmosphere is really worst and i also try to divert my mind and to feel happy and hence i call up relative or friend and talk to them but it doesnt help may be only a little part is recovered and then i try something else and finally nothing works i just do some house work where i can keep myself busy and try to forget that i am bored and really not interested to do any thing.
its really very difficult that if we are not interested and still pursuing the work without any interest is really horrible and even more difficult and i feel break is a better medicine and i try with a break too.
so does the break help you to recover?
the same is happening to me today and i am really not interested in doing any thing and also mylotting for me its very difficult to do anything which i am not interested into.
are you feeling bored up reading my discussion , if so i am really sorry but anyways thanks to read a little too.

life is not the bed of roses.
so..............
as well as good situations we have to face hard situations also.
i myself sometimes get depressed without any reason .
may be because of anger or some sort of frustrations, unhappiness already present in life,makes us depressed without any reason.
take to busy urself .
have sometime with ur friends,go for shopping ,movie or whatever u like.
i'll make u happy.

i have felt this a lot of times already but i guess it's just mood swings. this happens to a lot of us so it's just normal. it's really hard but i talk to my friends when i feel this way. they can help make my day a better.

I think everyone goes through days like this. Have you tried going for a walk and noticing the little things in life - the birds singing, the crisp fall air, beautiful fall flowers? Have you tried keeping yourself busy? My husband and I both have depression and anxiety at times. His counselor told him to always have a project going - that he needs to be using his hands to be happy. Keeping a project helps. Do you like gardening? Do something like this that is all yours. Sorry you've been feeling bad lately. Hope it gets much better. Keep your chin up!

Yes, people usually felt that way. It natural we are only human. And human are emotion and sometimes weak. But it just a depression, we are going to get out of it. Just don't let depression overcome you.

Oh Chevee, I know what you mean . Hang in there, even when you have a bad day, or week for that matter ,remeber it won't last forever. Go back to bed, watch a funny movie.
Do you have a phone counselor in your area you could call. I have one of those and thst is very helpful because I don't even have to get out of bed if I don't want to, but after talking to her,I usually feel good enough to get up and around and have a little better outlook on the day.
If your not sure if you have something like that,call your local health dept. I called our local health departmrnt, but the weren't "big" enough agency to have counselores. But the referred me to the Main health dept, only half a ile from my house and they had me come in once and then I could call her anytime. Of course I try to be considerate, but she keeps telling to call whenever I feel I need a boost. I think it's because I had made a serious attemp on my life(which I am NOT proud of) But look in you phone book. Should be in the community pages in the front of the book.
And you know you can always come on here where,we, your friends are o.k? We wouldn't want to see anything happen to you. Depression hurts. Oh and are you on anything for it? If not. Cymbalta is really good and if you can't afford it, the company will give it to you for free (with a dr's order)
Just remember,we care about you a lot. I know it hasn't been long for me,but I surely do feel like we are friends. So friend, I'm so sorry you are feeling like this today and I will put you in my prayers! Friends to the end! maybe u just need a change of scenery..go walk around the block, breathe some fresh air, work out, leave the house for an hours break.

I think that happens to all of us once in awhile. Where you feel down and are not sure why. I am sure there are reasons, but it just isn't clear at the time. Taking a break is good - do something you enjoy for awhile. Do something for yourself, for no reason other than you deserve it and hope you feel better quickly!

It happens to alot of people bro. It happens to me when i have nothing to do and when I am bored. I'd recommend going out and doing some work out or exercise, it really makes your mind forget about anything else and gets your adrenaline pumpin therefore feeling "happy" xD. That's what I do most of the times.
Also try getting something to do, be responsible for something like getting a pet, and take care of it, get a job and try to be the best, or try to read or learn something new. Learning makes you a better prepared person for whatever your trying to achieve. =D Good luck and remember that life is good, enjoy it!

so hard aman does not want to live for a moment only. but man should not lose

Well, anyone can be depressed for the slightest problem... It's just humane. Bored, typical, usual, nothing of interest. Sometimes I become just so depressed and bored because I just feel EMPTY, I kinda lost focus, and don't know what to do with my life anymore.
But there is always someone there for me, and I have been trying my hardest... :S
I hope it would be the same with you.

I have the same feeling when my period is coming..I tend to become more sensitive and emotional, I guess once in awhile , we need to take a break from regular routine and need to give time to ourselves!
I wish you will feel better after the break![/i]

Hi Chevee,
Yes it could be Monday moring blues, I get that sometimes and feel sorry for myself and starts to feel that no one cares for me and that I feel alone, so much so now I rather be alone with my own company and if my husband comes in the room I get annoyed, it very strang.

Oh sweetie, I hope your day is going better. Yes, I have those days where I just can't pinpoint why I feel so "yuckie". You can talk to yourself till your blue in the face saying how things will be better tomorrow, just keep busy, maybe if I just take a break, etc. For me it really doesn't help. I just breath and muster through the day and then yes, the next day usually is better. I've had those moments where I can start crying and not know why. I've always assumed it was a hormonal thing.
I really hope your evening goes better than your morning and even if not...tomorrow is another day! I'm sending you a great big Florida Hug!

I definitely get depressed a lot sometimes and sometimes, I do feel like it's just from nothing. But if you really take time away from anything and really examine yourself, you'd see that there are different things that are bugging you and most of the times, it's everything in your life or unresolved issues & anger are just piling up. Sometimets, you might just feel tired or restless. Definitely take a break and don't spend too much time online. Too much internet use can lead to depression (from scientific studies). You need to go out and spend time with people and socially/physically be active.
