I just got paid from AC. I just accepted to sell my article earlier today and the money is already in my paypal acct! They are fast! I am still very excited about selling my first article.
I am hoping the other two sell too! I am also hoping to get a few sales from my photos on redbubble. I am feeling like an artist again instead of a loser. I have been pretty depressed over all my artwork for the past two years atleast so this is the boost that I needed desperatly.

Thank you. I have been writing a long long time but never getting paid for it. I have also been into photography for many many years not getting paid for it either. I am hoping that this is the turning point for me.

Yes, they pay you quickly once you get people looking at your work. I have gotten paid more times than I can count for any of the people that I can get to look at my work. Just keep putting your work on AC, keep getting people to look at your work, and you should get some money out of it.

Wow, that's fantastic!
If I could figure out how AC works, I would love to try them out. I just don't have the time required to understand how they sell articles. Glad you know how!
I guess I should take some time and figure it out.
Thanks for the motivation!
PS.. I have had some problems selling artwork too. I was quite successful on Ebay for a while and then, when they changed the system a few years back, I never sold another painting. Writing has been a true godsend to me.
Also, you might consider blogging or eHow. eHow is where I REALLY started making money from writing. My blog offers step-by-step instructions (added daily) for earning income with eHow. It's addictive... and profitable.

Good luck from another depressive artist. ;)

Oh I know how you feel I only touched my camera or purposes of taking pics for ebay auctions for over 6 months because I was so depressed over it. We are senstive souls us artists. I also think that as artists we are borderline egomaniacs in that we are desperate for people to tell us how good we are or that our stuff is "pretty". LOL.

Thanks for the headsup on redbubble. I actually get so discouraged, I packed all my supplies up and put them in the back of my closet. I may get back into painting at some point, but right now I'm investing in writing because I know I can make money.
Artists are sensitive. My ego needs time to recover from the disappointment.
As an artist, I sold under 100 paintings. As a writer, through eHow alone, I've had over 100,000 viewers.

I am excited for you. Good things tend to attract more good things, so you may be on a real roll. What was your AC article about. I joined there, and Triond, and Helium, but all I have ever done is a little bit on Helium. I enjoyed looking at the pics you have on redbubble.

Awesome! Congratulations on your first piece getting published! I have been a member there for a couple of years now and love it! It's a great way to put your creative mind to work and get paid for it! What is your user name there? I would love to go read it. I am signed up under my name, Karen Gros.

AC is a great place to write. Even if you don't sell any photos right away, you are certainly not a loser. I hope you are writing for Triond, too. They don't pay up front, but they pay residuals every month as long as you earn at least 50 cents, which I must say it is pretty hard not to. I never request upfront payments from AC myself, but I think it is great they paid you so fast, and their residuals are quite good, too. Wayyyyy better than that writing place that starts with an "H" lol.

I'm glad things are looking up for you. Yeah, it is nice to have the few extra bucks to come along once in awhile. I need to get back into writing at AC again. At least they have upfront pay or pay by views if no offer is made.
I've never heard of redbubble. What is that?
It does seem like artists and writers do have down times when they can't come up with anything they are satisfied with. Glad you are having a 'comeback'.

AC is Associated Content. You can write articles for either up front payment or for page view payments. You can also choose whether to give them exclusive rights or non exclusive rights. upfront payment is paid really fast less than 24 hours fom the time you accept it, there is a minimum of $20 payout on the residual payments (page views).

Once you earn $1.50, you will start getting your pageview bonus.
I've been writing with AC since December and have earned over $200 now.

Wow really how much did they pay you? I'm really interested on AC because I'm a writer and everyone knows it's not easy to earn money from writing especially on third world countries. Could you please site how much I could earn a month writing on AC? Thnx more power to writers

Now thats really fast, just 12 hours and a payout direct on your Pay Pal account. Keep up the good work and cool your brain as artists use their brain alot. It is God Gifted talent you have and I respect that. Congratulations on getting what you really deserved.

Hi. COngratulations. A friend recommended that i join AC, and said that they pay better than other sites. However, i am wondering if they pay only through Paypal. There is no Paypal in my country.
This is your day, sweetdesign. This is your time to shine again. Just keep the passion alive, that light burning. Hold on to your dreams. Have fun!
