Do you cook supper everyday for your husband? What about breakfast? I never cook breakfast I'm always still sleeping when he leaves to work and I try to cook supper but I dont always manage. I feel bad when I don't because he comes home hungry after a long day but alot of times I just don't have the patience and also it so hard to think up different meals to have all the time!

i cook supper every day for my family. I don't usually cook breakfast because my husband is already gone at work too. Sometimes if I'm feeling energetic I will make some eggs for me and the kids. On Sundays since it is the only day my husband is usually home for breakfast, we usually do a big breakfast with bacon and eggs and pancakes or whatever we are in the mood for. I cook supper every evening, so evenings its a good from scratch home made meal and others its a boxed meal that is quick and easy. It just depends on how things went that day.

Usually during the week I do not cook breakfast unless I have gotten up early enough and have the time. On the weekends I usually always cook breakfast:eggs, pancakes, waffles...And usually everynight I cook a meal. I always had a hard time trying to figure out what to make so I started writing down everything I made and now I have my husband look at the "menu" and we plan ahead for the week. 90% of the time we stick to it and it makes grocery shopping alot easier.

No I don't cook supper for my husband but I do cook lunch for my husband most of the days and we would have lunch together. We don't take breakfast. For dinner we would have bread or biscuits with milk or wheat biscuits with milk. No supper for us as well/ The only main meal we have is lunch and tomorrow I am gonna cook curry meat with potato with hard boil eggs plus fry french beans with garlic.

My hubby works half the week and is off half the week. I cook breakfast every day he is off for sure. I cook dinner every night he works. I usually cook extra so he will have some to take for lunch. So I guess I rotate. Sometimes on his days off I cook both. For easy breakfast...I usually pop some cinnamon rolls in the oven, or bake instant muffins. I cook a big breakfast once a week. Biscuits, gravy, sausage or bacon, and eggs. I don't mind cooking it is the clean up I hate. P.S. I am cooking meatloaf tonight. Tried something new. I am using sloppy joe sauce in and on it. Hope it turns out....

i cook dunner for my husband a good 90% of the time. the other times we either don't have time or food so i either order out or if we have some tv dinner's stored then i'd make that for him. he comes home rather late, so i end up making 2 meals. one for my kids who eat at 6pm and me and my husband who normally eats at around 10pm most of the time, my kids are picky eaters. unless i know i'm making something for dinner that everyone will eat, i make dinner twice. my kids meals are rather simple to make. pop something in the microwave or mac & cheese or saimin, something like that. my husband is fine with just hot dogs sometimes and he's not too picky. so in the end, its 'i'm making dinner because i'm hungry' thing. as far as breakfast. i'd say i make breakfast for him about 40% of the time. i'm normally sleeping or have something small. i watch my nephews during the week and on the weekends i try to sleep in a little. mostly i cook a full breakfast on his days off. on other days, he'll just eat left overs. now, i'm trying to cook something because if not, he doesn't really eat. so i have to take care of my husband so he can live long and work hard to help the family out.

We take turns usually. This morning HE made toaster waffles, yogurt, and coffee. Sometimes it is just a bowl of cereal. It is the same for dinner. But since I am pregnant, he is picking up more of the slack.

I think cooking different meals is a difficult task everyday. But I guess it is really unfair that you do not cook for your husband. please do that from now on.

ya even i do cook daily. i also cook breakfast and pack lunch for my husband and i really feel boring as i need to get up early in the morning and cook and pack its really difficult but some how i manage remembering my mother as my mother too use to get up early in the morning and prepare both breafast and lunch for me to have and pack lunch, so i really understand my moms pain to get up early and cook for me that different dishes for breakfast and lunch and hence i think rhat and manage cooking and also pack tiffen to my husband. but from a few days we were on dieting and it was a resting time for me and i use to sleep in the morning and my husband use to have bread and fruits for breakfast and also me too but i have to cook for my son. and now since ramazan is started i need to getup still more early in the morning around 3.30am and cook and really it tires me and due improper sleep i get headache and also my eyes pain but i have to continue this till ramazan gets over and then continue again with cooking for breakfast and pack lunch to my husband. but cooking daily sometimes bores me but i have to manage and there is no other way left.

Yes, I always cook. My husband works nights and we eat around 8:30 just before he goes to work. I fix him a lunch to take with him. He eats breakfast when he gets home in the morning. Sometimes I fix him eggs and bacon or something like pancakes or french toast (I don't work so that's easy for me). But other times he just has cereal. But, I always cook him supper. He works hard so I don't have to and I feel like that's what I should do for him.

Like others that have responded, I don't generally make breakfast for my husband in the morning since he leaves for work so early. I do make supper every night for my family, though. You're right about it being difficult to think up different meals. I have that same problem. I have a repertoire of different recipes that I usually stick to and when we get tired of the same old thing I'll look up new stuff that's easy and cheap to make. Mostly casseroles, or easy to make chicken dishes, stromboli, pasta, etc.. We try to stick to whole wheat pastas, bread and brown rice since we're trying to eat healthy.

Honestly, I rarely cook. We can rarely afford food to make full meals, and I rarely have the energy or patience to cook one so it sorta pans out.

I'm in a little bit of a different situation. I go to work and my husband stays home. I do make dinner every night for my family. Sometimes it is a big meal that takes alot of work and other times, like tonight, it is easy, frozen chicken fingers, french fries and corn on the cob. I to make my husband breakfast every morning just because to me breakfast is nothing to make. I can throw some eggs and sausage in a pan or make pancakes while I am eating breakfast and making my lunch. Lunch - I make 3 each day. One for myself and my two kids who go to school. My husband is on his own for lunch. During the weekends I usually only make breakfast and dinner. We usually skip lunch or grab something quick or just snack.

i used to make breakfast, usually a sandwich with lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, then what goes with it varies- sometimes turkey bacon, sometimes honeycured ham, sometimes beef patties. Then I slice some oranges and brew a pot of coffee...BUt just recently, hubby & went on a diet, so we just have oatmeal or cheerios for breakfast. For lunch, my husband go back home for lunch (since his office is just across our apartment complex). So I have no choice but to cook. Usually our lunch is just reheated for dinner. And YEAH, this happens everyday! PS: I have the luxury of time to do this because I am a stay at home wife.

I do cook supper everyday except the one day a week we go out to eat. I don't cook breakfast for my husband because I am just getting up when he is leaving. But I do cook breakfast everyday for myself and my toddler. Finding new things to cook every night is challenging at times. A weeks worth of supper's at our house would be like, meatloaf one night, fried pork chops w/mashed potatoes the next, then enchiladas the next night, then broiled steak with homemade french fries, then we might have spaghetti and garlic bread, then chicken friend steak sandwiches. Happy mylotting!
