I've been paying my taxes for quite some time now, and to be honest I don't like it. Well my country only requires us to pay about 12 percent, it's not that big compared with other countries who pay about 50-60 percent of their income...the thing is I can't see where my taxes are going...these thoughts makes it hard for me to accept my task to pay taxes..I do pay it though..it's an obligation...^^ How about you?

We all do pay taxes. Whether we work or not. Buying groceries, gas, paying bills it has taxes. Earlier, while my husband and I on our way home we talked about taxes. We are in Washington State which has 8.6 tax. It is a high tax but the good thing about it they don't have income tax which is really a good deal. They only pay tax through buying goods and gas and not by the percent of their income which is really fair! They get their work income without tax deduction.

Do I like paying taxes? Well if I did not I'd end up paying the same (if not more) for the vital services required. If I did not pay for the fire service in tax, it would be a private company I'd have to pay instead. Same with health and the like.
I also like what taxes get me. I've been in the rough, and having a unemployment benefit that paid for not only my survival, but a new suit for interviews and train journeys helped me out of it.
I accept tax, and I have no objection to the ~25% of my wage that goes on it. It is better than the alternatives.

I can't really say if I like it or not. For me it's like the fact that suns is up in the space. I can't do anything about it. Of course it's not nice to have my money taken from me but in example I don't pay a cent when I go to the doctor because of what I pay. In my country income taxes differ. The more you earn the more you pay. There's 19%, 27% and 40% income tax for those who make a lot of money. It suppose to change now, because some people want linear tax of 17%. I don't see that coming, though :P

I always pay my taxes to my country. But the taxes in my country always increase every years. So it will make the people in my country will think to run of their responsibility to pay tax. I only pay tax for my house because I haven't had an office and become an office worker.
For people who has become an office worker must pay his personal tax, So it will reduce the income. The goverment doesn't want to know which worker need to pay the tax, they make the rule for every worker. So the worker who gets low salary will try to unpaid the tax. I think it's depends with the people situation, he gonna pay or not.
