I am not usually on the bus long enough to spend time reading, if I stay inside of the city, but if I travel to another city, I am on a bus for a lonbger period of time, and then I might open a book and read for a while. Not that often though, as I am more interested in seeing what's out the window.

Well, if the fonts of the material I am reading is big, I still will be able to read them on the bus. Otherwise, on buses or cars, it is impossible to read.
The only car that I took and am able to read in is the Mercedez.
That is one stable car I tell you! I can read the news papers, or the small font maps, no problem.
On trains, I am okay with most reading materials. As the train runs smoother than the bus or the car.
Otherwise, most times, I would just be trying to catch a snooze if I could get a seat.

Yes, I do. I have about 1 hour bus trip to my university so I always get something to read (that is, when I'm not exhousted). I don't think it's badfor my eyes, I read in the daylight so I don't think it should be a problem. Listening to the music on the otherhand may be irritating because there are many people who listen to it so loud everybody in a 3 meter range ca hear it._.
When it comes to long reading I sometimes get headache when I read dor more than 4 hour but that doesn't happen lately.

I read everywhere. There really isn't too many places I won't read, bus, train or car is no exception. I also read while walking to and from places outside. Everyone says I'm going to get run over one of these days, but I keep doing. I mean I'm not stupid enough to cross the street while reading, and I do manage to keep an eye out on what's going on around me.

I find it okay to read in the train - the ride is not so bumpy as in a bus. Reading in a bus gives me headaches.
