Girl kills herself after hearing about Large Hadron Collider

Apparently, there is a news story about an Indian girl committing suicide after hearing about the Large Hadron Collider(LHC) on the television. In case you haven't heard, the LHC is a global project, the largest particle-accelerator currently in existence. It will potentially help us to learn more about particles and aid in our understanding of the universe... However, the LHC has gained a bad rep due to rumours spreading about how it will bring about the end times, as the LHC has the potential to create miniature black holes, the creation of anti-matter or generally, ending the universe as we know it. These can never be fully realised, yet the media has decided to sensationalize it, as well as on the internet. And now, a girl has decided to kill herself over the news, before doomsday arrives, 10th September. People in India (and maybe worldwide), were flocking to temples to pray for safety and deliverance from this oncoming disaster. Now as you can plainly see, the LHC has been activated for testing, and has successfully operated just yesterday on the 10th. No doomsday, no black holes swallowing up the earth.
