Which dog breed do you fancy?

Schnauzers are my favorites-the Giant and Miniature mainly, but I also like the Standard Schnauzer as well. I'd love to have an Airedale Terrier someday, as well as a Rottweiler. I love mainly the terriers and working dogs- but each breed has it's own unique quality that make them special. There are some breeds that I'd never want to personally own, simply due to the great deal of grooming they require, or those that shed a great deal. I do my own grooming on my Schnauzers, but a breed such as the Poodle or Bichon Frise wouldn't suit me since they need a bit more grooming. German Shepherds, Collies, Shetland Sheepdogs, etc wouldn't suit me either since they have so much hair, but I do like the breeds.

We have a white german shepherd that I just adore!

I love the king long-haired german shepherd with the black, white and silver colors. That is what I own now and I just love her. She is three years old. They are loving, calm dogs and at the same time very protective over their property and family, so I have no worries with having her in the home. She is a very beautiful dog and I am going to be breeding her and hopefully keeping a silver one if I manage to get one. I had a pure white one for awhile but I wish to keep a silver female so that I can breed them both. I also love huskies as I owned a purebred 10 years ago but they are as good with children and I don't want to take a chance so that is why I went with the purebred german shepherd; that and I was raised with them.

Right now I have two border collies. Before them I had an American Eskimo. I don't fancy a specific breed. There are so many wonderful breeds out there, I wish I could experience them all.

I love white German Shepherds. I have had two so far, one long haired, the other short haired. They are so placid and docile, a bit thick on the intelligence meter, but it just makes all the more lovable. They are great with kids and look really beautiful. If I ever buy another dog again - the last two have been free and off the street - it'll be a white alsatian.

I had a rough collie growing up too! lol. I think my favorite breed would be the Afghan Hound. I think they're elegant and unique looking. They're very intelligent and they can run amazingly fast in comparison to other breeds (whippets, greyhounds, and borzois excluded). I especially like the whitish-beige ones!

I love Siberian Husky. They are so friendly, macho, don't bark so much, so affection, guarding and protecting. Happy posting ronaldinu, thank you for the BR for me in your another discussion

My favorite breed is Cocker Spaniel. My mother raised them when I was a kid. So we always had them around. I love there floppy ears and big brown eyes.
