xcammiex I don't use it everyday either. I generally only use it when I'm going out. At work, I stand outside a lot so it would just melt off. It also messes with your skin so I try to save it for special occasions.

xcammiex It depends. The saying goes that it's harder to watch someone die than to die yourself. I don't think my b.f., for example, would want to live just to watch me die. I know if I was the sick one, I wouldn't want to live if it meant my loved one fell ill....

xcammiex Doing anything that works the stomach really. Crunches, sit-ups, leg lifts, pilates. All of those will tone up the stomach. And you don't have to do a lot. Maybe 3 30 minute work-outs a week. Your stomach will be toned in no time. Good Luck.

xcammiex I have quite a few friends that are adopted and there is one way you can tell. Look at the date of birth and then look at the date the birth certificate was signed. Adoptions take a bit to be finalized so it would be off. A regular birth certificate is signed...
